When I interviewed with XJT the first thing they did was collect everyone's logbooks. While you are going over an HR presentation and doing some paperwork, the interviewers are combing through logbooks. Within about 20 minutes they came back in and booted 3-4 people before they even got a chance to interview. I was near the door and overheard someone in the hallway saying "Logbook issues". One of the guys in my new hire class was friends with one of those who got booted and he said the guy did exactly what you did (completed the application saying he had the hours before he actually did). So I'd be prepared for some disappointment and hopefully some lesson-learning if I were you.
