I know people come on here and tout scope and it agitates some of you F9ers (and others) but I firmly believe scope is a necessity. If BB spins off 51% of F9 and continues to "run it", what keeps him from then signing a deal under the F9 side of the business, thereby replacing FFD flying that's currently on the legacy RAH side? These antics to partially sell F9 have put legacy RAH jobs at risk of whipsaw again (IF RAH maintains control/large stakeholder position) in F9. So yes, we need to tighten up scope and the remainder of the contract.
I still think FAPA dropped the ball by allowing Lynx to be created outside the FAPA list, but hey, you didn't ask me, so I won't ask you how to protect scope.
It's fairly simple really, RAH pilots doing flying that benefits RAH, and f'ing pay me.
