Could be possible rotor seizure from the main fan section, or the engine bearings for the fan section failed. could have failed due to low/no engine oil, dislodged compressor blades, faulty hot section, improper fuel burn in hte hot section. From the looks of it the only thing left is the aft most set of turbine blades....
