Pinnacle is hiring because of the new contract/merger/and simply because under the old king we were totally understaffed. The new king see's it different and is hiring like crazy. Now new hire resv's have flown 20-30 hours in the past 2 months. So I would imagine that hiring will slow if not stop shortly. They are hiring 200hr people from UND and WMU.
