Get a second career outside of Aviation because there will forever be instability, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies. If you come into this industry thinking that the Airline is going to treat you with respect and dignity, your sadly blinded by ignorance. Protect yourself, Protect your family. Get hired, Get your experience, Move on. Expect the worst and Hope for the best and you will never live a day with heartburn and disappointment. Never allow an Airline to divide the pilot group.
