Your post is exactly what I'm talking about. Time and time again we see the anger in written word and voiced in the cockpit and crewrooms around the system. What is our elected leaders on either MEC waiting for? Do they want us to charge the hill and if all is ok they'll join us at the top. Our leaders have acted like CEO's and take credit for the good and blame the troops for the bad - I say enough - Either Lead, Follow or Get out of the way!
