And you are 100% that Mesaba would have furloughed without the one list and merger. The junior FOs would have been on the street, and junior Captains would have been downgraded. Instead, this one list and binding arbitration award saved them, and a majority got to keep the Captain seats they already had, with some chosing the right seat to stay in a more favorable base.
Both XJ and 9L gained movement on 11-09 at the expense of Pinnacle pilots.
