Probably to make sure that none of the PSA and or PDT pilots can apply. Probably some new system that if you put PSA or PDT down as a current employer they can just reject the application..... That away they can get more Pinnacle, Xjet, AWAC, etc pilots over the ones who are from their own wholly own airlines that use many of the same training programs and safety programs. I must be operating in the red today while typing this....
