And just by the way, "they" only use the word "alleged", because if they came out and said the guy was poaching, they'd be in trouble with the ACLU or some other such group. In fact, the guy could have been caught in the act, both visually as well as photographically, and they'd still refer to him as an "alleged poacher", right up to his conviction in a court of law.
