I don't think that ATR guys should worry that much, specially the ones who are flexible enough to move to another country. There are ATR operators all over the globe who are hurting & desperately seeking ATR pilots, both Captains & FO's, with with even as little as 300 to 500 hrs on ATR, not PIC time, just time on type.....

Those arilines are all over, Indonesia, India, Vietnam just to name a few.

If you are ATR72 TRE/TRI or even a senior line CA, you are golden...
