Drove past MCAS Beaufort last week and the F3J was wrapped in some sort of cotton mesh - like a hammock material. Figured it was some sort of preservative material in prep for a new paint job, or to fix corrosion.

Just went past it again a few minutes ago - at night - the "mesh" was XMas lights - complete with a red Rudolph light in the nose!!!

HOOOO RAAHHHH!!!!
