So the time for you to upgrade was the same on day 1 as it is now, actually its gone down because of attrition and upgrades. QOL yes you have a point, and I agree with the influx of guys to DTW it doesnt help. Last but not least furloughing out of order is F'ed up.
Yeah, for sure to all of that....but if management came in and said, "hey 200 pilots, you are going to get put behind all the prop pilots." That would be messed up. I can't figure out why Eagle could pick and choose like that.
