This is what Scheduling would like you to believe.....and what, unfortunately, many pilots believe.

Pilots need to be very familiar with the nuances in the SUB portion of our contract.

It is NOT just like Reserve, but scheduling will try to treat you that way if you allow it.

I think there is definitely room for improvement in the SUB section of our contract.
