That section is unreal! How did anybody that knows how to read vote YES to that? I don't care what industry you work in.... Am I reading it wrong or are ALL their pilots pretty much on probabtion? Study up before you try and feed your family working for a company with that kind of language. Life is to short..WOW is all I can say...
