That's wrong, it is 30 tonnes and has been for a long time now. It is an unofficial requirement so it's not published. It'll stay that way until they can't get enough guys with that time then it will get lowered. So if someone doesn't have it, still apply so that the recruiting department has the statistics to take up to senior management to say, " hey, if you lower it to 10 tonnes we can get all the guys we want ".
