the first thing group I see getting hosed are the Eagle captains, they will be the quickest easiest case for any pay cut, lets take max pay at all other airlines like eagle, and adjust their rates to eagle. I think anyone with half a brain can agree that is the only FOR SURE thing at Eagle right now.
