With the exception of the destinations over the Brazilian border, that route map looks a lot like what SWA would probably do..... And they fly all 737's soon.......


P.S. Wiki says that they have 1 767-200 and 1 767-300ER both are in Varig colors operated on international charter and some domestic scheduled flights
