YUP, they have contracts for those consulting deals and they cannot be broken......but the pilot contract, oh we need concessions.
i have to say that the reason they can't get agreements for concessions on those agreements is that those bozo's no longer have any interest in the success of this company and will not have any incentive to concede anything. so it's kind of pointless to pursue.
