Here's a thought I had about training issues associated with 11-09. I'm not sure of the numbers but I bet there are a few.

How about preventing the flow-throughs to Delta from switching aircraft? Not only would this reduce training costs, but it would probably "encourage" them to do this sooner rather than later. Thus requiring us to hire new pilots, who are at a lower pay rate?
