Well I like the b plan, but I think (and I may be wrong) that SWA has 401K matching which would still fall short by 50% give or take, but still good. But yes I think our B plan supercedes what SWA gets for 401K matching. As far as an A plan v. profit sharing, I guess we will all know the answer to that at retirement time eh?
The way I figured it (being a "young guy") is that if I have to rely on my A plan to get me through the Depends years, I was doing something seriously wrong financially most of my life.
