You sure about that? AFAIK, Delta never took the bailout money, didn't even apply for it.

Gemini Air Cargo,
Frontier Flying Service,
Spirit Airlines,
National Airlines, and both initial and revised applications from
United Airlines and
Vanguard Airlines.
