While I was in recurrent ground school last year (mar-apr), Dave Soaper, came to give us a "pep talk"/state of the union type of speech. He's the Senior VP of Aircraft Ops, and made all sorts of "forecasts" and such. Among those were a BOS and DCA domicile. NOTHING of what he has said in that ground school class has come true! He is one of the biggest...well, you get the idea. It's all propoganda...take a big drink from the company punch bowl. Maybe AFTER Comair imposes thier pay rates (void of cost of living raises and one year less senority in pay for current employees) and we are the lowest paid per years of service, will they expand our fleet to include the all popular Q400 in JFK and BOS. Go live in the more expensive areas of the country and make squat.
