Personal experience, GoJet has some scary FO's. My favorite one; pressing number 2 start while advancing thrust lever for number 1 and then wonder why nothing is happening. Or turning wing anti ice off while ICE advisory message is still on in icing conditions!!! What is delta thinking? In before the lock.
