I recently repo'd an a/c for my company & they purchased a ticket for me back home. I took the bars off & proceeded to the ticket counter, through security, to the gate to check & see if the flight was on time. The gate agent had the nerve to smile and tell me there was plenty of room preparing to accommodate me via non-rev travel. Such kindness, generous spirit & eagerness to help should be punished. I was tempted to write or even call GK personally. Why do they continuously show such positive attitudes? This is an outrage & should be dellt with. I mean I can deal with the occasional buffalo style taxiing, but this just crosses the line. This is why I hate SWA. End of story.
