Ummm... Aldrin was a west pointer, and Armstrong went somewhere in California, USC I think. They were the first crew, don't know about the last.
I guess it's a good thing you don't get paid to think. Armstrong may have gotten his Masters from USC, but his BS in Aeronautical Engineering came from Purdue.
