The bottom line is it was still USED. 36 of them. That was still 36 jets with 69 seats flying on routes for Northwest in the Northwest Airlink system.
The same will happen under the CRJ900s.
And the Avro wasn't just used for ASE flights.
I remember there was one daily Avro flight from DTW-EWR amongst all the mainline A319/320 and DC9 flights.
That's just one example.
