Reference your passage below from an earlier post, will folks treading water "in the pool" be intermixed into the 744 and 767 classes with the 200 pilots expected to make the transition internally? Will the pipeline de-clog any time soon? Any insights you can offer is greatly appreciated.

As for hiring...I think the training pipeline is clogged up right now, and likely to remain so as 200 pilots transition to the 744 or 767. IMHO, the Classics are likely to stay until the B747-8 delivery schedules are firmed up by Boeing and Atlas.
