I'm in favor of requiring 135 IFR mins for all applicants for 121 F/O jobs. Thats not set in stone. I'm willing to entertain higher flight hour requirements - maybe even ATP hours and rating to be a 121 pilot. Why not? Airline Transport Pilot - makes sense to me the novice looking in...
Unfortunately, there has to be a movement at the pilot level to make changes to preserve the profession you have all decided on.

Zero to Hero is all about money, if you pay the fee for their course, when you turn the wrong way on a procedure turn, they look the other way or simply, "try it agian" that what "examining authority" is all about and ATP has their Fellas pretty hooked up so they don't bust people much at all, if ever, however I wouldnt say that all pilots that come out of ATP are poor, I know quite a few that are pretty sharp guys/gals
