That's the line management has been using since the birth of the RJ. We'll just use it to break into a route that we will then develop for mainline. It's total and utter B.S.
Off the top of my head, I can't think of one route of United that we developed by the RJ and then taken over by mainline.
I can think of WAYYYYY more than 100 that went mainline to the RJ.
