With the push back of interviews to the spring/summer time does anyone on the inside know if HR is continuing with the initial phone interviews and testing? I helped a buddy and coworker of mine at XJT week before last take the written test (ALL gouge on this Thread is spot on; STILL STUDY!!). He received the initial call two weeks ago Monday, just after the company announced the slow down in hiring. He PASSED the test and got a call telling him about the wait. Just curious if the company is trying to fill an interview pool, so to speak, while on interview hiatus.
