Pegasus, they cast a wide net. My interview group was 2 747 cargo guys, 4 military, 6 RJ drivers. They hire RJ FOs with no PIC, 135 guys, 747 guys, military guys whether single-seat or transport. Best thing you can do to help your case if have a rec from somebody inside, but it's by no means required. I was an RJ FO who didn't know a soul inside, so if you want it, put your stuff in!

Facebook - they pick the airplane for you. 767 pays a bit less. a "normal" month would be 17 days away/13 home. how it actually plays out depends on lots of factors. what base you're in, how senior you are, which airplane, what kind of flying that base does, how the lines are built. You can be extended up to 4 days but the new contract means they'll have to pay a lot more to do it. some guys bid trips close together to get more time off in a row. maybe you're in JFK and you do 17-day patterns. maybe you're in MIA and do more 5- and 6-day trips to south america. again, to get a true idea of this company, you need to read the entire thread. most of the answers are in here/
