To add to that: use extreme caution - MANY new schedulers right now that have no idea what they're doing. I've had to call them out several times this month already. Whether it was innocent or not - irrelevant. KNOW THY CONTRACT! I hope the new hire UAL guys got a good briefing about the scheduling section, I see some good info. has already been posted.
