There is no road to go down. You have no clue, no argument, and no ambition beyond getting to the liquor store before it closes. Your only goal is to log on to aviation forums, probably in your underwear, and spout nonsense.
I think it is hilarious you spin my avatar into a negative. Here is a newsflash: I'm a pilot. Guess what? I love airplanes. No, that does not somehow make me "un-cool" as the FBO crowd would have you believe.
Some people like 747s, others the A380. Me? I love EMBRAER aircraft. Simple enough for you? From a pilot's perspective would I like to fly an E-jet? Absolutely. Would I for the current wages/QOL? Nope.
I never applied for Republic or anywhere else that flies them. The only company I applied to was Eagle, and they were the only place I was willing to work for. The reasons are my own but they don't include flying the ERJ if that is what you are wondering.
From my position within the company and ALPA I am very aware of circumstances happening within Eagle and the industry. Suffice it to say, there is nobody who could replace Eagle's current feed to AA on the jet side. Period. Our turbo-prop flying is replaceable, although like I mentioned before I was never able to find out by who before the BK happened.
Maybe, since flying and aviation is so "un-cool" from your point of view you could move on to that awesome job at Gamestop. Or achieve your dream of becoming a call-center manager.
