Management wants these cuts effective Jan 1st, which means we have 9 days to get a vote created and tallied. I can't even begin to imagine how many pilots are already out on vacation or will be unavailable to vote during the busy Christmas and New Years period. This is a surprising step, but a good one indeed. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that the MEC would vote no to concessions. Now it is in our hands.
