Of course we need the 3%. Heck, UPS gets a 4%er January 1st (why did we settle for 3?) and will top even our top Widebody rates. Add in guarantee, and we're well behind brown. But I digress.
Speaking of UPS, they'll be determining our pay anyway at some point in time once they have a contract in place. No need for us to even touch compensation once we're back at the table.
