Dang! I was so hopeful. These council 44 guys that wrote this letter sound like the Stockholm Syndrome is wearing on them. I appreciate their efforts in communicating, but this is embarrassing. Constructive engagement just died here folks. Does management have to actually come over and drive a stake through its heart to prove it to you? When our union makes excuses for this, it makes us all look weak.
