This is ALPAworthy for one reason-
The way it is written, the upper management will calculate the pay cut of a junior FO, and take an equal cut. Example - $3,000 a year, not 10% a year.
You have to read any TA three times looking for loopholes, and you will still miss some. ALPA always does.
