Honestly it is the smaetest move they could make. There will be some asset salesmoffmof it as well. Depends on who is controlling but that deal makes sense and is in line with the consolidation and fragmentation that we are talking about.
Leaving B6 out of the deal is stupid because it exposes their flank to Dal.
