He is the one that got you to where you are. Menke is the one who got dealt with a bad deck of cards and he is being proactive fixing it. Thanks for the info. I've heard the same thing from several of your coworkers at Frontier. Everyone of them have told me how lucky we are to have Menke and how they wish he would come back. Good luck with the Reverend, you're going to need it. Hopefully a white knight will come and rescue you guys from him.
