I'm doing some year end house keeping on the site and wanted to double check the SWA conversion constant. Our current APC published SWA rates are based on the commonly [SWAPA] accepted conversion constant from trip to hourly rate from 2008. I'd like to make sure that the constant that we have is current, can anyone help?
