I respectfully disagree with the first part, why do you constantly call the pilots there d-bags as well as other derogatory names if your beef isn’t with them? To the second part, I couldn’t agree more. Hulas would step over his dying mother to pick up a nickel.

As for the Trans States guys going there, that's their decision. I'm one of those guys who made the decision not to go there. Exploring other avenues. Would GoJet get me what I needed (TPIC) faster than the way I'm going about it now? Probably, yes. But it's a personal choice. I'll take the long, high road and feel good about myself. And really, that's all that matters. If you can live with yourself working for GoJet, so be it. Do I agree with you? Certainly not.


My comment was not intended to get into you and I’s personal situations but since it was brought up… When we first got furloughed in 2008 I was one of the guys who choose not to go there just like you for very similar if not the same reasons as you and now I am getting f’d again and GJ is still growing and TSA is still shrinking. Had you and I gone there in 2008 we would be Captains now, instead we are taking it up the a$$ from Hulas again. Not saying we should have, just looking at the other side of the coin..

I don’t know that the TPIC thing will really be needed in the future (many already have gone away from requiring it) but that is another discussion for another thread.

While we all live our lives by our morals and values, we can’t live by someone else’s. Not sure what you’re agreeing or not agreeing with me about, I don’t have a class date over there. I was just curious about your outlook on your former TSA brethren since you called there pilots d-bags.

As for ALPA, they can stick their "preferential hiring" where the sun don't shine. What a worthless piece of junk that is. If we could use it to get on with Compass, that'd be great, but you're still working for the same man who furloughed you in the first place. I'd rather start over at Skywest Inc. (ExpressJet or Skywest) or ... well, basically that's it. I don't agree with Republic, Eagle's in the sh!tter, PinaColAba's about to get nasty, GIA sucks, Great Lakes ain't much better, ain't nowhere looking decent right now. Basically I'm looking at ACMI, international contracts, converting to JAA, or bust. I doubt I'll ever come back to the regional world.
