Management has indicated that there won't be any pilot furloughs with the current planned airframe reductions. We've lost a big customer primarily due to not having enough pilots. I am hoping that they're finally getting it about staffing levels and that less airframes will bring us to being properly staffed.

Of course, I'd rather we expand and hire. But those decisions are well above my pay grade.
