I'm pretty sure the KC-10 disliked refueling us even more, with our snail speed. The KC-10 would not let us really fly boom limits without sensing a trend disconnect, and in the 141, if the T Tail ever got up high, it was quite a ride!
If you did boom limits properly, there shouldn't have been a problem. And yes, the KC-10 hates you (130s). Throwing out degrees of flaps and limiting the bank to 15 degrees so it doesn't stall is very painful. But, for the pilots, it is a lot of fun. However the boomers hate you because the slow speed takes away a lot of the boom authority ... which is probably why you got b slapped.

People movers? What do you call those electric carts? The incessant beeping and screams from the drivers are just fine. As Seinfeld said, "Cart People! Everyone move aside for the cart people! If you're too fat, stupid, or old to find your next gate, maybe air travel isn't for you."
Additional lanes between ramps? What? You think the cost of doing that justifies the occasional Ramp 2 to Ramp 1 repo? A Victor loop for the southside would be a much better idea.
JMHO.

I'm sorry I respectfully disagree. Our operation in ATL makes DAL a lot of money, but it also alienates a lot of our customers. Even the management team admits that they over schedule Atlanta. It is the only hub I've been to where I consistently see people running for connections -- EVERYTIME I am there.
