I've had a Strong Bag for a year now. I had handle issues, but that was replaced free of charge. My only serious complaint is that the 22" bag is actually 22 3/4" high, so it doesn't fit in some overhead bins with the wheels facing out or in--and as a commuter sometimes space is at a premium when you're last on the plane. Otherwise, the bag has held up well. I chose it in part because it weighs two pounds less than the comparable LW model. Every little bit counts.
