Does anyone know if you start getting paid new airplane rates? Is it when you start training or the month you convert?
Just spoke with crew resources. They said new pay rate/conversion date depends on when you finish training. If you finish training in first half of month, you get paid the new rate that month. If you finish second half of month, you don't get paid the new rate until the next month.
