I'm assuming no, but don't want to screw up and "IF" a recruiter looks at it down the road when hiring resumes I don't want them to think that I don't have the degree.

I will qualify this, but the last time I dug in to the AirApps page, once published always published. You can always republish it, but if it is already published you should be fine. That said, it should show you that the app is published. If it is not showing that, publish it.

Simply put, click the button, and then recheck to make sure it is published. I am sure we will be reviewing apps some decade.......(I keed I keed)
