It's not hard to swap out all my CDO for regular trips and credit 110 for the month, try doing that at GJ. So you suggest that I start at PCL and work my way up for another 5 years as an FO? Sorry but for DEC I got 18 days off at GJ. Picked up a lot of OT. You say 6$ less per hour so that means 6000$ a year. Humm $6000 a year, well i would gladly take the quick upgrade then sit at PCL for 5 years for an extra $6000 a year. Do your math buddy. Sorry you are where you are at! As far as work rules go, so far they have been a lot better to me then the last place I was at that had the "killer" contract. My only regret about coming to GJ is that I DID NOT DO SO SOONER!!!!
