So, I write a long-winded letter to Crew Resources asking to stay in category my last few months, and offer to take the MD lower payrate. You guessed it, no way.....theyd rather lose the 73N money already spent on me, and never recoup the 320 bucks they're going to spend.......I am a unionist, and I support our PWA, but really ?...really ?
