So what your REALLY saying is that you're going to be at your regional for life due to the awesome QOL. Good for you. Some are comfortable with that while others want something different. You two are arguing over which regional is better. Well, they all suck IMO.

I was at G7 for a few years and I will say this.....All of the TWA, United, ATA, Aloha, Midwest etc guys & gals I worked with were fantastic. The ones that made me laugh were the TSA folks who had no expectations to ever leave. I couldn't imagine working there any longer than necessary. I absolutely hated working for Hulas Inc. No decent work rules, horrible maintenance (11 MEL's once. 4-5 is was the norm), a toolbag "Chief pilot" who will throw you under the bus at any time to intimidate the other pilots. Overall, just a typical Hulas run organization. I obtained my 1,000 PIC and got the hell out. I would suggest everyone there do the same. For all of the TSA pilots who talk sh!t on this board about G7 pilots....good luck. While you are "holding the bar", Captains at G7 are getting their PIC time and moving on. I did and I don't regret it. The fact is while you are still holding the bar I (and many others) moved up a tier in this so called career. I will say this. If I lost my job today I wouldn't go back to ANY Hulas owned company if it would save my life. For you guys who work at G7 and state that the place isn't THAT bad you're lying to yourself OR you have never worked at a place that treated you decent. Now pardon me while these Hulas memories make me cringe. I now must go take three shots of Jack to try to forget.
