I would rather be Juinor at a great company with good pay, QOL, benefits and a positive work atomsphere than be very senior at a crappy airline.

Anyone who has worked at a crappy airline may agree with me on that.

Making more money is good.
Better QOL is good.
Better Benefits is good.
Being treated well by your company is good.
Being able to enjoy and love your career is good.
Being proud to work for your company is good.


Being Furloughed Sucks.
Having to work on scheduled days off Sucks.
Never knowing about job security Sucks.
Hating going to work everyday Sucks.
Flying with a complaining co-worker Sucks.
Crappy Pay Sucks.
Constantly hearing Anti- Company B.S. from your Union sucks.
Questioning "why did I ever get into this line of work", sucks.

Am I wrong about this,or perhaps I am missing something here?

BTW- There are over 1600 AT pilots who will be senior to me. So it is very difficult for them to present any agruement to me, on why they may be getting shafted in this deal. In reality, they will be no longer AT pilots but pilots for WN, which is not a bad thing for an airline pilot. WN is a damn good company to work for.

Some of the post I have read about this are really retarded. There are many positives for AT pilots in this aquisition, yet some focus soley on the negative. If there are better opportunities out there, then indulge them. However to carry a poor attitude wherever you go, will never make anyone happy including yourself.

it is better than being angry and miserable, am I right?
